I have over 10 years of experience advising emerging and established companies on matters of corporate, business, and securities law.  I undersand well the challenges companies face in when raising capital and have helped raise milliions in financing for small businesses.  I have closed large and small asset sales and M&A deals across diverse industry sectors.  I have advised for-profits and non-profits on matters of governance, risk, and compliance and have structured investment funds, negotiated and drafted operating agreements, and served as an independent reviewer of manager activities.. I bring both public and private sector experience to my practice, having served as Deputy City Attorney of New Orleans and as a Foreign Service Officer at US Embassy Cairo.  I earned my Juris Doctor at NYU School of Law and my undergraduate degree in Classics from Duke University. I am a member of the Louisiana and New York bars.
