Harold E. "Harry" Molaison is a native New Orleanian. His father was former Jefferson Parish Councilman, Harold L. Molaison, himself a 40 year practicing lawyer, with whom Harry practiced from 1980-91. Harry graduated high school from New Orleans Academy in 1972. He enrolled at Louisiana State University from 1972-74 and earned a BA in History from Tulane University in 1976. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1979. He held the position of Assistant City Attorney for the City of Gretna from 1984-87. He co-founded the law firm of Molaison, Osborn & Starr in 1986 and Molaison, Price and Loeb in 1993.
