Ginarte’s work record and his commitment to his clients have also gained him recognition from within the legal profession. He has been an appointee to the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Civil Practices Committee and is also a former president of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. Ginarte is admitted to New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. bar.. His outside interests involve charitable work and donations to nonprofit organizations, particularly in New York/New Jersey.
