Michael H. Gazin was born in Los Angeles, California in 1949, and has been a resident of Orange County since 1974.  He and his wife have lived in Irvine since 1976 where they raised their two daughters.. Mr. Gazin graduated from San Jose State University with honors in 1971, earning a BA degree in Political Science.
