Mr. Daily is one of the Firm’s co-founding partners. Mr. Daily's practice primarily involves business litigation, employment, and personal injury claims. Mr. Daily has successfully represented parties in matters throughout California, including Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Mr. Daily is an experienced trial attorney with a creative ability for problem solving.. Mr. Daily was born in Bellevue, Washington and moved to Newport Beach as a high school sophomore. Mr. Daily obtained his undergraduate degree in English Literature from the University of California at Berkeley. While at Berkeley, Mr. Daily competed on Cal’s rowing team, representing the University in many events locally and abroad.. Mr. Daily earned his juris doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, Mr. Daily also attended summer courses at the University of Bologna, Italy, where he studied International Contracts and International Arbitration. Mr. Daily was a member of the International Law Society and served as Senior Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review.. Prior to co-founding the Firm, Mr. Daily was a member of San Diego based Walton & Associates. Mr. Daily also worked as a Deputy Orange County District Attorney in the Office’s prestigious "Trial Attorney Partnership Program" where he assisted in bringing several criminal matters to trial.. Mr. Daily is admitted to practice before all California courts. He is also a member of various legal organizations, including the Orange County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Mr. Daily has been named as a Southern California Super Lawyer every year since 2015. Mr. Daily was also named as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers for the years 2012 and 2013.. In his free time, Mr. Daily serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Kid Healthy, Share Our Selves (Foundation Board) and the Gardena High School Art Collection, Inc. Mr. Daily also enjoys golfing, surfing, skiing and motorsports.
