Matthew J. Fogelman is a founding partner of Fogelman & Fogelman LLC. Mr. Fogelman’s trial and litigation practice is focused on employment law, personal injury cases, and consumer class actions. Similarly, in injury cases, insurance companies often believe they can use their size and teams of lawyers to avoid paying what their insureds owe for causing crashes, injuries, and even death.

I enjoy estate planning because of the satisfaction that comes from seeing clients achieve the peace of mind that comes from resolving their unique concerns about their families and others they care about with thoughtful, creative solutions.. Personally, I like to spend my personal time writing, singing and playing music about the cycle of life, love and humorous experiences.  I used to perform in plays in musicals, but found that the personal commitment required to a production doesn't fit well with an active law practice.

For many years Hindell has been co-President of B’nai B’rith Realty Unit, whose members include New England’s most distinguished real estate men and women.  She is a long-standing board member of Covenant House in Brighton, Massachusetts which provides affordable senior citizen housing.  Hindell is also a fundraiser, a donor to various causes and a Hospitality Host to families needing medical treatment. Hindell was raised in Rumson, New Jersey by parents in the retail clothing business. She attended Muhlenberg College and the University of Pennsylvania, and obtained her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1985.   Hindell lived in Newton for 14 years and presently lives in Brookline.   Her daughter, Ariel, graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2010 with a degree in Finance and is employed at Massachusetts General Hospital and enrolled in a Health Care MBA program at Boston University.  Her son, Micah, attends Loyola University in New Orleans where he studies Music Industry.
