Ms. Egloff's practice areas include:  divorce, including case evaluations; child support and payment for college; parenting plans and visitation issues; alimony; modification and enforcement of alimony, child support, and parenting plan judgments; prenuptial agreements; domestic violence; dispute resolution, including mediation and parent coordination.. Ms. Egloff was named a Rising Star in the field of Family Law by Super Lawyer's Magazine in 2014, 2013, 2012, and 2011.  While attending Notre Dame Law School, Ms. Egloff received national recognition for her work at the Legal Aid Clinic. Prior to attending law school, she earned an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary (Psychology and Counseling), and a B.A. from Grinnell College (English).. Ms. Egloff has been a member of the Women's Bar Foundation Board of Trustees since 2010.  From 2006 through 2012, she was member of the Steering Committee for the Family Law Section of the Boston Bar Association, serving as the Co-Chair of the Membership, Pro Bono, and Public Policy Subcommittees.  She joined the Probate and Family Amercan Inn of Court in 2015.

I am trained in mediation and Collaborative Law and have negotiated hundreds of family law cases to successful agreements. When court is necessary, I will diligently advocate for my clients’ interests. As a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys, I truly enjoy helping clients build their families through adoption and ART (including surrogacy, egg donor, and sperm donor agreements).
