I also saw the emotional toll that litigants face. Consequently I switched to mediation. I worked for one of the founders of divorce mediation in Massachusetts from whom I learned how to successfully mediate many apparently irresolvable conflicts.. I have a large family with many strong personalities. I also am an active volunteer in my children's school and community. Within my community, I have been sought out by people, including my Rabbi, to help resolve disputes where great sensitivity, creativity and discretion is needed..
