After graduating from Boston College, cum laude, Tom obtained his JD from Suffolk Law School and his MBA from Babson College. He was instrumental in both the establishment and management of the company. Hindell Straus Grossman formed her own firm, Grossman & Associates, Ltd. in Newton, Massachusetts following her partnership in a Boston firm for 10 years.   She has experience in Probate, District and Superior courts and  has successfully negotiated, litigated and arbitrated for clients.  Several of her successes have been published in Massachusetts Lawyer’s Weekly and she has been featured in the Needham Tab, Boston Business Journal and the Boston Globe. She attended Muhlenberg College and the University of Pennsylvania, and obtained her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1985.   Hindell lived in Newton for 14 years and presently lives in Brookline.   Her daughter, Ariel, graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2010 with a degree in Finance and is employed at Massachusetts General Hospital and enrolled in a Health Care MBA program at Boston University.  Her son, Micah, attends Loyola University in New Orleans where he studies Music Industry.

Danielle Jurema Lederman is an attorney at Fogelman & Fogelman, where she practices in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff-side employment law.  Her principal areas of practice include representing clients in sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters.  She also represents clients in contract negotiations, including agreements relating to terms of employment, severance, and non-competes..
