I have been practicing law since 1996.  Since working as a page in high school, and then as an intern and clerk for Congressmen while in college, I have developed a serious desire to help out the “little guy” and help them stand up to the largest of corporate powers.   Over the course of almost two decades in law, I have helped thousands of clients get the justice and compensation they deserve for their injuries.. I am a graduate of Lafayette College and the Howard University School of law with honors, and served as an associate managing editor of the law review. I practice law with genuine heart and a work ethic that separates myself from peers.  Born and raised outside of Washington D.C., I worked as a page in high school and then as an intern and clerk for Congressmen on both sides of the aisle during every summer while in college.  Further, while in law school, I clerked for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the United States Attorney's Office in San Diego, California. I am a member of numerous bar associations locally and nationally and teach trial advocacy CLE courses annually to my peers.

Brandon is a lifelong Virginian who grew to love Hampton Roads during his time at his undergraduate University. After a few years working in Sales, Brandon returned to school at the University of Richmond School of Law.. There, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Technology and the President of the Moot Court Board. He was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and had the good fortune of attending a Summer of classes at Emmanuel College of Cambridge University.. During law school Brandon also interned at a well-respected regional law firm. After law school Brandon served as an Associate at that same firm, before deciding that he could better help the community by working for Employees, Plaintiffs, and Small Businesses.Brandon's practice focuses on medical malpractice, employment law, and civil litigation - his passion is helping employees, individuals who have become injured, and their families.. Brandon spends his free time with his wife Ruth and their three children (who are far too litigious for their respective ages,) and the furry "children" - Moose, Thor and Darkwing.
