In that role, I wrote over 600 Review Opinions for the Commission, served as a mediator in over 100 matters successfully resolved by full and final settlement and served as the Commission Editor of the publication, The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act, Annotated, 2002 and 2003 Editions.
