Originally from St. Louis Missouri, I grew up in a strong midwest and moral family who taught me right from wrong, and to stand up for my rights and the rights of others. Often, people are facing insurmountable opposition with little or no ability to overcome great odds. I subscribe to the notion that a society is judged by how it treats it's most vulnerable. I represent my clients and fight with that in mind.
I have been in practice in Illinois and Missouri for 33 years, having my own law firm since 1990, except from 2009-2012 when I was the Bankruptcy Coordinator for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. I have experiences in all aspects of the law, but mostly concentrate now in Bankruptcy and Family Law. I do have weekend and evening hours.
