Edris Rodriguez received two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Language Studies and Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in June of 2006.  While at U.C. Santa Cruz, Mr. Rodriguez studied in Paris, France, at l'Institute d'Etudes Politiques de Paris..
