Lyle C. Cavin, Jr. has been a practicing trial lawyer for 40+years, specializing in maritime law representing seamen, longshoremen and fishermen. He received his J.D. degree from Golden Gate Law School and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Consumer Attorneys of California, Western Trial Lawyers Association, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and board member of the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.  Mr. Cavin is a Judge Pro Tem for the San Francisco Superior Court, and a Pro Tem Settlement Commissioner for Alameda County.
