Jerry E. Shiles is a member of the Oklahoma City law firm of Parman & Easterday, with additional offices in Tulsa, Shawnee and Enid, Oklahoma; Kansas City, Missouri; and Overland Park, Kansas. Donna J. Jackson is a nationally recognized attorney, authority, speaker and educator in estate planning. Ms. Jackson is a CPA and holds a Master Degree (LL.M.) in Elder Law. Ms. Jackson has over 24 years of legal experience; she limits her practice to estate planning with an emphasis on Medicaid, VA Benefits and special needs planning, including trusts, special needs trusts, wills, durable power of attorneys and living wills. In addition, Ms. Jackson’s practice includes taxes, corporate, trust, individual, gift and estate, probates and business organizations, including corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies..
