He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 1995 and was sworn in as an attorney September 1995. He joined the firm of Thomas Gould & Nix and was named a partner in the firm one short year later. He remained a partner with what became Thomas Nix & McIntyre until December 1999 at which point he left to start the firm of Nix & McIntyre LLP. After several years as a partner with Nix & McIntyre, Noble formed McIntyre Law P.C. In addition to Noble McIntyre, McIntyre Law has two other attorneys and multiple legal assistants and support staff in the Oklahoma office.
