Lenny has served as lead counsel representing both juveniles and adults charged with felonies and misdemeanors and has participated in more than 100 judge and jury trials. Lenny has served as a Guardian ad Litem and Juvenile Mediator, ensuring that the rights of children in dependency and criminal matters were protected. Lenny also serves as a Judge Pro-Tempore in Thurston County District Court and presides over civil and criminal matters.. Chuck Szurszewski has been practicing family law in the Olympia area since 1978. Breanna was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. She attended Gonzaga University School of Law and graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor (JD) in 2017. During law school, she worked for the Gonzaga Law Clinic where she assisted in handling Criminal Law matters and Estate Planning in Superior and Tribal courts. She also worked as a legal assistant for Paukert & Troppmann, PLLC helping with personal injury cases.. Being deeply rooted in Olympia, Breanna decided to return after passing the bar and spent two and a half years with the Department of Social and Health Services in the division of Adult Protective Services trying cases for the Department before the Office of Administrative Hearings. While working at the Department, she opened her own private practice handling Estate Planning, Contracts, and Family Law matters. She is a member of the Thurston County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Section and Washington Women Lawyers – Capitol Chapter.. Coming from a long line of family construction and small business owners, Breanna is passionate about helping and supporting the community. She volunteers as often as she can to try and give back.
