Hilary has been practicing law for six years. Hilary primarily practices Estate Planning as she manages the Trust Administration and Probate Department at Legacy Design Strategies. Since February 2017, Hilary has administed over across the Midwest. She is a Nebraska native and grew up in Papillion, Nebraska. Hilary received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Hilary spent her Junior year of college studying abroad in Murcia, Spain and is bilingual.

Born and raised in the Omaha area, I have a wife, Courtney who is a general dentist, and two kids, Kenley is 7 and Grant is 5.  My college education came from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and my Law Degree came from the University of South Dakota.  When not busy with work and chasing the kids around, we enjoy traveling together, playing games and just spending time with one another.  Family is very important to me which is one of the reasons I strive to make sure people have their Estate Plan set up the way they want to ensure those they love are protected and cared for in the best way possible.
