My unique background includes almost 18 years as a licensed General Contractor and owner of a successful Construction Company, as well as the owner/operator of an Insurance Adjusting Company. This diverse professional background has enabled me to help clients reach successful resolutions for their Insurance and Construction claims and cases, as well as various business transactions, and has provided my firm with the ability to specialize in First Party Insurance Claims and various facets of Construction Litigation.

Benjamin graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2012. Since opening his law office in 2013, Benjamin has gained vast experience in many areas of civil practice, appearing in court and arguing persuasively for his clients. Prior to opening his practice, Benjamin interned with the Multnomah County Circuit Court and spent a brief period with the Oregon Law Center, organizing an expungment program.. Benjamin clearly explains complex areas of law so his clients can make informed decisions. This furthers his ultimate purpose in the practice of law: solving problems and helping his clients navigate the legal system. Benjamin is a conscientious advocate who always works to achieve the best interests of his clients.. Benjamin served in the Oregon Army National Guard for eleven years, including seven as a Judge Advocate. He lives in Oregon City with his wife and their two daughters.
