Prior to Spetsas Buist PLLC, Nick gained litigation and trial experience working for the largest insurance defense firm in Florida and, subsequently, a prominent national law firm, where he represented companies and their insurance carriers in complex civil litigation matters, including personal and catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, automobile and trucking liability, and negligent security.. Nick uses his litigation and trial experience to aggressively pursue claims on behalf of clients injured by the negligence of others. Because of the knowledge Nick gained from defending corporations and their insurance carriers, he understands their negotiation tactics and trial techniques. Now, Nick uses this knowledge against companies and their insurance carriers to maximize the value of his clients’ cases and to bring justice to his clients.
