Craig Nordlund's experience in corporate law spans more than three decades, beginning with his first job as an attorney with the Palo Alto law firm of Ware & Freidenrich (now DLA Piper) in 1974, and later as in-house counsel with Hewlett-Packard Company in 1977.. From 1987 to 1999, Nordlund managed Hewlett-Packard's U.S. general legal operations and served as HP’s corporate secretary from 1985-1999. He was named Agilent Technologies' senior vice president, general counsel and secretary in May 1999 and served in that role until October, 2009 Craig received a bachelor's degree in political science from Stanford University and a law degree from Vanderbilt University.
