I plan to use the skills I've gathered to continue a career in the courtroom, working as a trial lawyer in the field of criminal law.

Geo has been involved with complex business cases for over 40 years. His cases have involved not only business issues such as restrictive covenants and shareholder disputes, but he has also represented business owners who were involved in complex international agreements as well as large numbers of plaintiffs who have been victimized by fraud or have had their civil liberties stripped away from them.. George was the recipient of the American Association for Justice's highest award for his consumer safety work and has lectured nationally on the use of technology in litigation.  George has served as a panelist for the Sedona Conference and currently serves on the 7th Circuit e-Discovery Pilot Project.. His knowledge of technology has been utilized in developing effective techniques to facilitate discovery and to insure full disclosure.  George brings a high level of intensity, creativity, technology and skill to complex cases.

David T. Arena received his Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Loyola University of Chicago in 1993, where he was a member of the Phi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society and recipient of the Presidential Scholarship. David received his law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law with honors in 1996. In 1995, David took first place in the Cleveland Marshall College of Law Moot Court Competition, where he received the Dean’s Moot Court Award for Outstanding Advocate and the Hugo Black Award for Outstanding Oralist. David participated in the 1995 ABA National Moot Court Competition, where his team was awarded Best Ohio School and Best Respondent’s Brief. In addition, David was awarded the Cleveland Marshall Law Alumni Scholarship Award consecutively in 1995 and 1996.. In 1998, David joined DiMonte & Lizak and in 2005 he became an equity partner at Di Monte & Lizak.  After 23 years of practice, David left to start his own firm - Arena Law Office, LLC.  David is an accomplished trial lawyer..
