After his honorable discharge from the Navy, Mr. Bae practiced law in Los Angeles specializing in legal malpractice defense, banking, real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Bae has defended numerous high-exposure legal malpractice cases where the underlying case involved disputes such as complex binding arbitrations over partnership breakdown, Multi-District Litigation in federal court after a Boeing 747 airplane crash in Guam, and multitude of business and commercial litigation issues. In a recent trial victory, Mr. Bae represented Alcoa, Inc. in a 3-week jury trial and obtained a unanimous $1.9 million jury verdict. Mr. Bae graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Economics and received his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law.
