I spent 6 years as a Military Policeman in the Army National Guard in the 1970s, graduating 4th in my class of 144 MPs in the U.S. Army Military Police School at Fort Gordon, GA, in Dec. 1971, and have always been keenly interested in, and supportive of, police work and those who serve in it (as well as the Fire Service.).
