I'm married, have 3 children and I'm a devoted family man.  In my spare time, I swim, bike, and run.  I believe that it is critical to help the disenfranchised individuals and those up against the large corporations.  Too many people turn their backs on those that are struggling and don't reach out a hand to help.  I'm honored to have the opportunity to help those in need.

I am a problem solver by nature and enjoy tackling new and different pursuits. Besides practicing law and representing those in need, I also enjoy reading, gardening, fishing, hunting, simple carpentry, and playing drums in a rock and roll band Local Mullet. My proudest achievements are my children and the work I have done professionally and as a volunteer for social justice. It is my hope that what I do each day leaves the world a better place for my children and those around me.

I am a Califonia native, and live in and work in the Pensacola and Gulf Breeze area with my wife and children.  Our firm also has an office in Fairhope, Alabama, where we work with clients throughout south Alabama.  We really enjoy being five minutes from the beach, but could live without the hurricanes!  Representing people in the panhandle and south Alabama has been an incredible honor and pleasure.  I am fortunate to work with a great team here at Whibbs Stone Barnett, PA and we are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this community.  Thank you for taking the time to get information about our firm.
