I earned my J.D. from Villanova Law School in 2006, During my time at Villanova, I participated in the Clinic for Asylum Refugee and Emigrant Services Clinic (CARES). Through CARES, I had the opportunity to travel to Malta to prepare and represent unaccompanied minors from the Horn of Africa for asylum hearings before the Maltese Refugee Commission. I am admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars. I am also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District Court of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. I am the past Chairman of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
I have been a civil trial lawyer for 17 years. During the first 10 years of my career, I successfully defended hospitals, physicians and nurses in hundreds of medical malpractice practice cases throughout the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties, cases involving practically every branch and sub-specialty of medicine. For the last 7 years, I have dedicated myself solely to representing those killed or seriously injured as a result of hospital, medical, nursing and nursing home malpractice, construction site incidents, defective products, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.Trying cases is not only a major part of my job, it is truly my passion. I am obsessed with trial advocacy, constantly working to hone and refine my trial skills so that I can represent my clients to the best of my ability.
