Mr. Haber's flair for writing was apparent early in his legal career as he published to articles for The Jurist, wrote the Bench Brief for the National I Herman Stern Moot Court Competition, and was the recipient of a Temple University Law School Fellowship. Mr. Haber also reached the finals of the National Myrna Marshall Federal Moot Court Competition.. Mr. Haber has served on several Boards including as President and Treasurer of the Hamilton Townhome Association, Cedar Sands Condominium Association and the Vesper Club of Philadelphia. He currently sits on the Board of the Crown of Israel Synagogue and served on the Logan Square Planning Board.. Mr. Haber is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and United States District Court of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the United States 3rd Circuit COurt of Appeals. He presently serves as a certified Federal and State Arbitrator (PA) and maintains memberships in several state Bar and local Trial Lawyer Associations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
