I started out as an accountant and after passing my CPA exam, I decided to go to Law School. After Graduating Law School in 1986 I opened my own law firm taking on all kinds of cases including bankruptcy, personal injury, litigation, and various types of municipal court and criminal actions. My philosopy is that an attorney needs to be a problem solver with the clients goals and interests above all else. Sometimes to resolve a problem it takes a smooth negotiation, yet other times it takes an all out war.. I always try the peaceful solution first.. When the recession hit the State of New Jersey, I became very involved in saving houses for people and attended over 4000 foreclosure mediations, and have helped people save their homes with loan modifications and reorganizations. I have also assisted many people who needed a bankruptcy, a deed-in-lieu, or a short sale.. On my website at there are numerous videos which are intended to inform, not advise.
