Mr. Sokoloff is a Co-Chair of the Tax Committee and a member of the Executive Committee of the Probate Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and serves as a liaison between the Probate Section and the Tax Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is also the former President of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council, has served three terms as the President of the Delaware County Attorney/CPA Forum and is a past Secretary/Treasurer of the Tax Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.. The focus of Mr. Sokoloff's practice is working with individuals and families with the estate planning, including structuring family businesses, to accomplished the dual objective of proper succession planning and reduction of death taxes.
