My practice includes adoptions (since 1982), surrogacy (since 1998) and plaintiff personal injury law (since 1981).. I am a sustaining member of both the American Association for Justice and Arizona Attorneys for Justice.  I am a member of the AzAJ Board of Directors and a member of the seminar and membership committees and the Phoenix Trial Lawyers Board.  I am past president of the Phoenix Trial Lawyers Board, a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and has been the co-chair of the Bar Bench Committee of the Maricopa County Superior Court.  I am a fellow of the Arizona Bar Foundation and a member of the State Bar of Arizona.. I have been practicing plaintiff’s personal injury law since 1981 in Arizona and have also practiced adoption and surrogacy law nationally, and within Arizona.  Since 1982, I have participated in approximately 2200 adoptions as attorney for adoptive persons, adoptive couples, or birth parents.  I have participated in many surrogacy cases over the last 19 years.  I am a fellow of both the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academy of Reproductive Technology Attorneys since each was founded.  I have represented the Maricopa County Bar Association before the legislature with regard to adoption matters and was a member of multiple committees which redrafted Arizona's adoption laws over the last 30+ years.. I am  AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubble and have been admitted to practice law in Arizona since 1975.  I am also admitted to practice in the District Court of Arizona, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
