In July 2002, Mark undertook the pro bono representation of victims and families of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks to the Victim’s Compensation Fund. I first practiced law in New Mexico and have been actively engaged in the private practice of law in Phoenix since 2003. My time spent as a prosecutor allowed me to assist crime victims and to gain a wealth of legal knowledge. After prosecution, I had the privilege of working for a very prestigious valley firm in the field of personal injury law. Combining my civil and criminal experience, I have first-chaired three dozen jury trials, far more trials than most lawyers conduct in their entire career. Currently, I am accepting clients who received injuries from automobile collisions, and those that have uninsured and under-insured motorist claims and insurance disputes. I also handle cases involving injuries from dog bites, premises liability claims, wrongful death claims, and the like.
