From 1989 through 1993, I lived in New York City and was employed as an Associate General Counsel with the New York City Department of Probation. My duties there included supervision of the prosecution of probation violation proceedings in Queens, as well as representing the Department on civil and criminal motions and appeals in various courts located throughout the city.. Since 1994 I have focused on criminal and DUI defense in Phoenix, and in that time period represented over 5000 clients and conducted 100s of jury trials..
