Timothy Rose founded Rose & Associates for one reason: to redefine the legal experience for his clients. Mr. Rose handles all types of family law cases including those involving children. Mr. Rose became a single dad in 2008 and had to seek his own legal counsel to protect his rights as a parent. He learned quickly how stressful and costly litigation can be. His steadfast belief that everyone should have a right to have meaningful roles in their children’s lives and everyone should preserve their rights in divorce led him to start Rose & Associates with a focus on family law.. “When the case involves children, I tell every client during the initial intake that the goal at the conclusion of the case is for the client to place the parenting plan on the top shelf of their closet and never have to look at it again”.. Mr. Rose always prefers reasonableness over litigation, and in a perfect world all cases would settle outside of court. No one wants a court dividing their pots and pans or making decisions about their parenting time with their children. When expert testimony is required, Mr. Rose will utilize experts he has develop relationships with in the legal community. As a result of his professionalism, reasonableness, and thoroughness at trial, Mr. Rose has received the appreciation from his clients by referring Rose & Associates to their friends and family and Mr. Rose routinely receives referrals from colleagues in the valley.. Mr. Rose found his clients had additional needs after the firm’s representation in family court was over. To serve his clients he has expanded the firm’s practice areas to include guardianships and conservatorships, juvenile dependency and bankruptcy with a continued focus on domestic relations.
