Kahn is a third-generation commercial law and bankruptcy attorney, who has been in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona since 1972.  He has been designated a Southwest Super Lawyer for 2007-2009 & 2012-2019 by Thomson Reuters. Jim served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Phoenix School of Law from 2007 through 2013..
