I was a certified paralegal prior to attending law school and have worked in the worker's compensation industry since 2001. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys, lifting weights, and playing golf. I also enjoy following the NFL, NCAA and Major League Baseball. The only time I lived outside of Arizona was for law school in Lansing, Michigan.

Dennis was born in South Bend, Indiana in 1950 and graduated from Wabash College (B.A. 1972, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and law school at Washington University in St. Louis. (J.D. 1975).. He relocated permanently to Arizona after law school and immediately began practicing workers’ compensation law.  He was certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in workers’ compensation in 1980 and has represented thousands of injured workers before the Industrial Commission of Arizona since then.. Dennis is a contributing author of the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Handbook, Chapter 12, “Exclusivity and Third-Party Liability” (1992) and was the chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Advisory Commission to the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. (1987 - 1994).  He was named by the Director of the Industrial Commission to the Director’s Advisory Commission on Evidence-Based Medicine (2012 - 2015).  He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America since 1995.. In his spare time, Dennis enjoys hiking, adventure travel (rafting and bike trips with his family) and playing basketball with his many brothers.

Charles Wilmer Jr.  graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in economics and has been practicing law since 1989, after graduating from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law. A third generation Arizonan, Charles’ community ties are deep.  He has been committed to helping the people of Arizona for more than two decades. “I help clients as they navigate the complexities of the Social Security Administration and Worker’s Compensation issues,” says Charles. “In my years of practice I have learned answers to the most often asked questions and I enjoy using that knowledge to help people get what they need.”

Ben has represented injured workers for over 13 years. He is well respected in the legal community and has worked hard on behalf of his clients before the Industrial Commission of Arizona. As a bi-lingual litigator, Ben has dedicated his practice to representing the Latin community. He can speak with his Spanish-speaking clients in their first language. This valuable skill allows Ben to effectively communicate with his clients and put them at ease when dealing with the judicial system. Ben received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University.

Alexis a native of Tucson, Arizona, and has lived in Phoenix since 2001. In law school he worked for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office representing the Arizona Real Estate Department, Insurance Department and Banking Department. He also interned with the United States Attorney’s Office – Criminal Division and clerked for Judge LeVay and Judge Richardson at the Executive Office of Immigration Review. His first job after graduating from law school in 2004 was with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. Alex then went on to practice with private firms practicing in insurance defense, commercial litigation and criminal defense.

After obtaining a degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2011, Nick completed law school at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State. He also recently took and passed the Arizona Bar Examination. Nick currently works as an attorney for Snow, Carpio, & Weekley doing Worker's Compensation. He is active both in his community and in his church. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese having lived in over 4 different countries. In his free time he enjoys going to the gym, surfing, kayacking, writing, reading, ASU football, and hanging out with his wife and daughter.
