I have practiced law since 1988. I value the opportunity to serve clients and help resolve their conflicts. My goal is to vigorously represent my clients in the most cost effective and professional manner possible. My practice is focused on Bankruptcy and Insolvency matters and Commercial Litigation. I seek to provide as much information as possible to clients at the outset of the representation so that they can make the most informed decision on how to proceed with their case. It is important to discuss the positive and negative aspect of a case as well as the approximate cost of proceeding with a course of action.. I was Born in Chicago Illinois in 1961 and moved to Florida in 1977. I have been married for 23 years and have two children born in 1995 and 1999. Aside from practicing law, I enjoy family travel, golf and the Beach.
In the 25 years that I have practiced law in Florida, all have been in litigated matters and I am proud to have achieved the highest rating from and amongst my peers and clients. For a quarter century, I have had the privilege of representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters stemming from aircrashes, motorcycle, automoble, bicycle, parasailing, banana boating, cruise ship, toxic mold, negligent security and other accident / personal injury related cases. I have handled products liability cases for plaintiffs dealing with pool pumps, pool designs, aircraft engines, airplane and helicopter components and systems. I regularly am engaged to represent United States citizens who are injured in other countries or other countries' citizens who are injured here in the States. I am keenly aware of and experieced in dealing with jurisdictional, venue related and choice of law issues that arise in these international and complex cases. I am licensed to practice in all Florida and Federal Courts and am well versed in the procedures in both. One of my most frequent and appreciated compliments from clients (in addition to referrals they make of me to their friends and acquaintences), is how they appreciate the personal attention and time I (not just my staff) give them, and of equal importance, the time I take to educate them on their case so that they could better understand what was happening and why.
IMPORTANT QUOTES. "[P]erhaps the most valuable thing a lawyer brings to the courtroom when he is an advocate is his reputation....If his reputation is bad, I don't care what he says or how he says it -- he is climbing a glass mountain in shoes covered with oil." Hon. Charles D. Breitel. About half the practice of decent lawyer consists in telling would-be Clients that they are DAMNED FOOLS and should STOP! - Judge Van Nortwick quoting Judge Posner quoting Elihu Root, ESQ.. The beaches, hiking trails and nature life of South Florida are some of the areas amenities I enjoy the most. I have practice law in South Florida for 24 years as a small practice attorney.. I found over the years that the best services a lawyer can perform for a Client are those of solving the Client's problems. Either by helping the Client get a litigation case resolved successfully, helping a Client avoid a court dispute by negotiating a acceptable resolution to a legal case or by drafting documents that prevent future legal problems.. Law is basically a service industry. I help Clients by providing a good service that fits their needs.

I have dedicated my entire legal career to helping victims of accidents caused by the negligence of others. One of the most important things that sets me apart from other personal injury attorneys is accessibility. Taking the time to answer all of my client's questions or concerns has very rewarding. Most of my new clients are referrals from prior clients, so I am aware of how important good customer service is.. I offer a free consultation and all fees are contingent upon a successful recovery. That means that I don't get paid unless you get paid. Thanks for visiting, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
I have 20 plus years of experience helping people manage their problems at the workplace. I enjoy what I do and obtain much satisfaction being able to help people when they need it the most.
I graduated from the University of Miami Law School cum laude in 1989. I have been a practicing trial lawyer for the past 24 years.. I started my career as an Assistant State Attorney working for Janet Reno in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office where I prosecuted everything from DUIs to Traffic Homicide, Armed Robbery and Murder cases. I have had extensive experience in the DUI Traffic Homicide Division where we worked on many cases involving traffic crash analysis and accident reconstruction. As an assistant state attorney and legal intern before that, I tried over 47 jury trials before I went into private practice in 1991.. Since that date, I have dedicated my career to being a Florida Trial Attorney handling mainly Personal Injury cases. I have tried to make personal attention to my clients my theme over the past two decades. That means all my clients get my cell phone number and I am always available for conference calls or in person meetings with clients as often as they desire and for whatever reason they desire.. I have been involved in thousands of personal injury cases since the early 1990’s, including successful jury trials and settlements with all the major insurance companies.. I am active with various Bar Associations and have maintained an excellent working relationship with other lawyers, judges, doctors and other health professionals who treat my clients.. I handle all of my cases personally and have been doing so out of my Plantation Office since 1998. I opened an office in Naples, Florida in 2004. What differentiates me from my competitors is that I personally meet with all clients and give all clients my cell phone number so they can reach me on nights and weekends, if necessary. All of my clients receive personal attention and I do not refer my cases to any other lawyers if they do not settle. I try all my own cases and have obtained millions of dollars in jury verdicts over the years. I am currently accepting cases throughout the State of Florida.

I am a founding member of Unger & Kowitt, one of South Florida's largest law firms dealing with Traffic Tickets and Traffic Related Criminal Violations. We have offices in Dade and Broward County and can handle any traffic ticket matter received anywhere in Florida. Our firm has handled over a half million traffic tickets. We believe Florida's traffic ticket system has become unfair. The fines do not seem reasonable, and the motives behind them seem suspect. Because we believe in helping people fight back against that system, regardless of the type of Florida traffic ticket you have, we've created this website that's full of helpful information. Whether it's a speeding ticket, suspended license, or DUI, Unger and Kowitt is committed to giving you the highest quality legal representation. Our experienced attorneys will go to court and do everything possible to try and get your case dismissed. Since 1995 we have been helping people just like you with their Florida traffic ticket and criminal needs and have helped hundreds of thousands of people fight back. If you have a non-criminal traffic ticket, we are happy to offer a "no points or your money back" guarantee. Please call for details or click any of the buttons for more information.
I am a caring and self motivated attorney seeking to expand my legal practice and develop lasting professional relationships in the legal environment.
Hi. My name is Brent Del Gaizo. I have been practicing law down here in South Florida for over 17 years. While I was born in Green Bay, WI, I have lived in Florida for most of my life (with those years spent both in Broward County and in Gainesville), and my family is originally from Boston. Prior to Law School, I spent many years working in the Service Industry (as a cook, and server), and I feel truly terrible about the harm that the pandemic has caused to all the people working in that field. While going to Law School, I worked both as a Law Clerk, and also as a Certified Legal Intern (having been approved by the Florida Supreme Court). After graduating from Law School cum laude, I started my career at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where I spent nearly every day (over the course of several years) inside of a courtroom defending people who had been arrested. I then spent time working as an Associate at private Law Frims, concentrating on Civl Law, Mortgage Foreclosures, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice. In 2006, I decided that the time was right to open up my own Law Frim (Law Offices of Brent Del Gaizo, P.A.), and I haven't looked back since. I am a big fan of the Florida Gators, watching football, the Rolling Stones, Casablanca, Pulp Fiction, animals, and Godzilla.

While I hope you never need me, if you do, I am here for you. I have litigated cases throughout the State of Florida, I am a multi-year member of Top 40 under 40, and a member Million Dollars Advocate Club.
