In the 25 years that I have practiced law in Florida, all have been in litigated matters and I am proud to have achieved the highest rating from and amongst my peers and clients.  For a quarter century, I have had the privilege of representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters stemming from aircrashes, motorcycle, automoble, bicycle, parasailing, banana boating, cruise ship, toxic mold, negligent security and other accident / personal injury related cases.  I have handled products liability cases for plaintiffs dealing with pool pumps, pool designs, aircraft engines, airplane and helicopter components and systems.  I regularly am engaged to represent United States citizens who are injured in other countries or other countries' citizens who are injured here in the States.  I am keenly aware of and experieced in dealing with jurisdictional, venue related and choice of law issues that arise in these international and complex cases.  I am licensed to practice in all Florida and Federal Courts and am well versed in the procedures in both.  One of my most frequent and appreciated compliments from clients (in addition to referrals they make of me to their friends and acquaintences), is how they appreciate the personal attention and time I (not just my staff) give them, and of equal importance, the time I take to educate them on their case so that they could better understand what was happening and why.
