Personal Injury Question?

Location: Florida So I had went to a Medspa and got NAD+ via IV treatment. Long story short, I ended having symptoms bad enough to go to the hospital despite my fear of them. Turns out I got Metabolic Acidosis and heart palpitations. I ended up in the hospital agin two weeks later. I do have medical documentation and proof of my visit to the medspa. Can someone lead me in the direction of what this would count under in legal proceedings and also if anyone has a guess on settlement amounts before I speak with a lawyer? I want to see if it's worth pursuing.
