Jennifer’s practice area consists of representing clients throughout California in various areas of the law including land use, discretionary entitlements and zoning, alcoholic beverage licensing and disciplinary actions, and various administrative matters.  Jennifer has extensive experience in representing clients before local and state government bodies and administrative agencies including handling administrative hearings and appeals.  Her clients range from individuals to large corporations.. Jennifer attended law school at Whittier College.  She graduated with high honors and in the top of her class.  After law school, she accepted a position as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Gail A. Randall, Administrative Law Judge with the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, in Washington, D.C.  After Jennifer’s clerkship, she started at Solomon, Saltsman & Jamieson as an Associate in May of 2013.  During her time as an Associate, Jennifer gained a tremendous amount of experience in working on diverse matters throughout the firm, including alcoholic beverage control licensing and disciplinary matters, various civil litigation matters, land use, and discretionary entitlements for clients in cities throughout the state of California.  As a result of her experience and work product, Jennifer was made Partner at Solomon, Saltsman & Jamieson in May of 2016.

I've been in practice since 1974 beginning in the Santa Monica City Attorney's Office leaving in 1977 as Chief Prosecutor.. SInce January 1977 I've been in private practice litigating administrative law, appellate cases both Federal and State in firm now known as Solomon Saltsman and Jamieson.. Part of our practice allows me to write legal articles of current interest.. For the last 12 years, I've hosted first radio broadcast of Legal Help Live on KRLA and now on CityTV in Santa Monica.. Our firm has been located in Playa Del Rey since 1987. We now have a satellite office in Portland OR.
