I am a Bay Area native and recevied my bachelor's degree from University of California, Davis, where I majored in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. After graduating I worked as a legal secretary with a family law firm in Walnut Creek, CA. Later that year, I moved to the midwest to attend law school at the Universitty of Missouri.  Shorlty after law school, I moved to Portland with my husband and our husky. We love being back on the west coast and love all the recreational opportunities Oregon offers.. My practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, business formation and transactions, and civil litigation.  My experience has focused on complex planning and drafting to help individuals achieve both their short and long-term goals. Heather is a partner at Dunn Carney who focuses on estate planning and general business law. She is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group and the firm’s Business Team..
