I am an attorney and partner at Portland, Oregon-based Bodyfelt Mount LLP, where I practice general civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, products liability, environmental law, toxic tort, and professional liability matters.  I joined the firm as an associate in 1986, and became a partner in 1991.  I worked as an associate at Velure & Bruce in Eugene, Oregon, for two years before moving to Portland.. I spent six weeks in trial on one of the five environmental coverage cases that went to trial in Oregon. In 2009, I tried one of the few construction defect cases to be tried in Oregon, which was also a six-week trial. In addition, I tried a three-week product liability "repetitive motion” trial in Seattle, Washington..
