My practice is concentrated in business related transactions and litigation with an emphasis on franchising, licensing and IP matters.  In addition to my legal experience in franchising related matters, I have also been a multiple unit franchisee and a partner in a retail franchisor. While there, Jessica gained significant trial experience and was responsible for litigating numerous vehicle crash cases where causation and assessment of physical injuries were assessed and successfully litigated. Additionally, she gained a background in appellate litigation and has successfully argued cases to the Appellate Term of the 9th and 10th Judicial District..
