Jessica has been a trusted legal advisor to the Hudson Valley community for over 19 years. Her previous experience is at the Dutchess County District Attorney’s office where she spent 17 years prosecuting all levels of crime.. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University in 1996 and her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 1999. While at Pace Law School, she was a member of the Environmental Law Review. In 2000, Jessica joined the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office and has prosecuted high-level felonies with a specialized focus in Vehicular Homicide and impaired driver cases. While there, Jessica gained significant trial experience and was responsible for litigating numerous vehicle crash cases where causation and assessment of physical injuries were assessed and successfully litigated. Additionally, she gained a background in appellate litigation and has successfully argued cases to the Appellate Term of the 9th and 10th Judicial District..
