At my most recent jury trial, my co-counsel and I received a not-guilty verdict on all counts in a First Degree Sexual Assault case.  The state's offer was fifteen years imprisonment. In 2021, in my latest appeallate case, I won on behalf of my client before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.. I have written and argued well-known cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court, including prevailing against then-Attorney General (now U.S. Senator) Sheldon Whitehouse in the seminal case of Diane S. Cronan ex rel. State v. John J. Cronan 774 A.2d 866. I have also written and argued often-cited cases such as State v. Paull and State v. Chalk..
