Paige M. De Lotto Ph.D., Esq. graduated from Roger Williams Law School Suma Cum Laude after being in the honors program. She has worked for Motley Rice Law Firm as a Law Clerk and several other attorneys and currently works both independently and in co-counsel with other law firms. Paige is not just an attorney, but holds a doctorate in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, a Masters in Clinical Psychology, is an expert in pre-employment selection testing, statistics, research design and has also worked as a statistical expert witness prior to becoming an attorney. She has extensive background studying medical literature, especially in the areas of Lyme Disease and autoimmune diseases. These experiences expertise enable her to handle employment cases, special education cases, personal injury and medical malpractice cases, as well as many other areas of civil litigation.

John joined Kelly & Mancini, P.C., Attorneys at Law at its inception to focus on real estate, business, and corporate law in an environment that prioritized the service of its clients and their needs.. John has more than 18 years of experience representing major real estate developers, construction companies and financial institutions in Massachusetts and Rhode Island on such matters as commercial office projects, shopping centers, planned unit and condominium developments (residential and commercial), financing, general and limited partnerships, and joint ventures.. In addition to his real estate, business, and corporate law focus, John assists in the firm’s civil litigation practice as it addresses land use and environmental issues, construction litigation, and shareholder disputes.  On numerous matters, John has been appointed receiver and been involved in business litigation and restructuring various entities in real estate and other areas.. John has worked with Michael Kelly on several reported cases involving real estate, construction and environmental matters.  John also has significant experience in land use litigation, appearing before numerous administrative agencies throughout the state, as well as in federal and state courts.. In my 14 years of practice, I have regularly served as a court-appointed fiduciary in Rhode Island and Massachusetts business disputes and insolvency matters.
