Tim O'Shea is a Colorado native with a unique and diverse background in business, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. O'Shea spent ten years with Nova Group of Japan in its Tokyo, Boston, and Chicago offices. Beginning his career teaching English as a Second Language in Japan, he became a recruiting manager in Boston, and eventually opened and ran the company's Chicago office.. Shifting careers, Mr. O'Shea trained at DePaul University College of Law, where he was a teaching assistant in the Legal Writing Department and a licensed clerk with the offices of the Cook County Public Defender and the Colorado State Public Defender. After graduating he practiced as a solo attorney for three years in Chicago. Mr. O'Shea handled civil matters for plaintiffs and defended citizens charged with criminal offenses, winning trials in both settings. He then joined the Cook County Public Defender's Office, where he tried over 75 cases in Chicago’s criminal courts. Mr. O’Shea secured not-guilty verdicts in cases ranging from drug possession to domestic battery. He returned home to Colorado to practice, putting his litigation and trial experience to work for clients facing the power and resources of the insurance industry.. Mr. O'Shea is dedicated to serving his community in Pueblo, and frequently assists the underserved through Colorado Legal Services. He also chaired the Board of Trustees of the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center and Foundation Board of the Arts Academy at Pueblo County High School, and currently serves as Vice President of the Pueblo County Bar Association.

Teagan Boda is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. Teagan is a lifelong Puebloan, and received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2018. She then attended law school at William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2021. Teagan then passed the Colorado bar that October. Teagan went on to receive a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2023.. Teagan has worked at Naylor, Geisel & Boda, P.C. since she passed the bar, and has gained experience handling probates, estate plans, and family law cases. Having been admitted to the Colorado and California bars in 2004, I have been an advocate for justice for my clients for 20 years.  I am also a licensed real estate agent in Colorado.  My roots are rural, raised in the small town of Florence, Colorado.  I know what hard work is; I took care of my parents, and had a job from a young age.  From this experience, I followed my heart to become an advocate.  I enjoy the detail-oriented nature of working on complicated cases.  I consider my character to reflect that I am aggressive, no nonsense, and humble.  I am honored to be part of this community, and I often give back, volunteering  my services through the various non-profit legal associations.  I am a Commissioner on the Colorado Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission.  I am a Chair on the Colorado Domestic Relations Rules Committee.  I am a member of the Colorado Supreme Court Standing Committee on Family Law Issues.  We have offices in Colorado Springs and Pueblo to serve you.
