Deborah Hope Wayne is a collaborative attorney and mediator who dedicates her professional life to helping people resolve conflict without court intervention.  She sits on the Board of Directors of the New York State Council for Divorce Mediation and is a founding member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators.  She is also a former member of the Board of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals..
