Originally from Arizona, Morgan grew up in the Phoenix metro area and moved to Tucson, Arizona to attend the University of Arizona where she graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Psychology.. Although Morgan loved the Arizona desert, she always knew that she wanted to live in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Washington to Gonzaga University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude in the Spring of 2016.. While in law school, Morgan worked as a Rule 9 law clerk for the Torts Section of the Washington State Attorney General's Office in Spokane and, during her final semester of law school, interned in the Business Law Clinic at Gonzaga's University Legal Assistance. Additionally, Morgan served as the Executive Editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law and was a member of the Saul Lefkowitz National Moot Court Trademark Competition team which won Best Oral Argument in the West Region..
