Part of my practice has been devoted to litigation of issues affecting elders, such as contested guardianships and fiduciary litigation.. I served as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA) in 2014, and served as President of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association in 2010 and 2011. I work with my MassNAELA colleagues to protect the rights of seniors and people with special needs through public policy efforts, advocacy, and education..
