I received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Management from the University of California at Irvine in 2003, graduating with college honors. I received my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2006, having obtained honors grades in Taxation, Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate Finance, Gifts, Wills and Trusts, and others.. I became a member of the California State Bar Association, the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in the fall of 2006.  I am a member of the South Bay Estate Planning Council and the Professional Advisory Council for the Torrance Memorial Hospital Foundation.  I am also active in the community, having served as Worthy Matron and Deputy Grand Matron in the Order of the Eastern Star, participating in my church, and volunteering at the Midnight Mission.

Byron R. Lane, the principal of Lane Law Group, has been helping clients find innovative solutions to a varied list of legal and personal issues for over twenty years. After receiving a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Byron enrolled at Pepperdine School of Law, where he earned his law degree. He spent a short time at PriceWaterhouse, but soon left the "Big Eight" accounting firm to pursue his passion for building his own law practice; building upon his Accounting degree and real estate background, he originally focused on Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Business Matters. From those humble beginnings, the firm grew with the needs of its clients and, while still focused on the original core services, Lane Law Group now handles a complex matrix of legal concerns to protect and represent the interest of its clients.
